Upcoming Pakistani Movies 2014 List With Trailers And Details - Film Industry Reborn

Pakistani Film Industry (Lollywood) has revived within the previous few years with the release of some super-hit movies including Bol, Chambaili, Zinda Bhaag, Main Hoon Shahid Afridi and Waar etc. Now the producers are encouraged to make more and more up-to the standard movies which will be released in the coming year 2014 and onward. We have compiled a list of all Lollywood Coming Soon Movies along with their brief introduction and trailers. Have a look on all these films after the jump.

The releasing dates of these movies are not confirmed but they will all set to release at the end of 2013 or 2014 onwards. By looking at the trailers and quality of these movies, we can say that the time of Pakistani Film Industry is on peak these days. Tamanna - Noir:

The story of the film Tamanna is about a director who invites a man to his house to play games, but instead, the two characters fight over a woman. The story revolves around love, adultery, robbery and a murder. The film has been shot entirely in Pakistan. The movie will be released in 2014 according to the news.

Operation 021 - Spy Action Thriller:

Operation 021 is the first Pakistani Spy-Action Thriller Film, produced under the label of One Motion Pictures run by Zeba Bakhti­ar and her son Azan Sami Khan. Release date of the movie is not confirmed yet but it was set to be released by the end of 2013 or in the first quarter of 2014.

Azaad - Psychological Thriller:

Azaad is all about the life of criminal (Talha) who is a psychological patient and lives in a fantasy that he created in his childhood to find peace and satisfaction. He is sentenced to death for killing eight innocent people. According to the official page the movie will be released soon to all Pakistani Cinemas.

Hijrat - Love Story:

Hijrat is a love story that plays out in the foreground of an exodus that rendered millions homeless during the Afghan war. It touches upon the lives of those whose spirits were broken by the homes they lost and whose hearts were broken by the shelter they found.




Kaptaan  Biography: Kaptaan is the story of the life of most popular Pakistani Politician and Leader, Imran Khan. The movie was promised to be released more than a year ago but due to uncertain issues, it was delayed. Now there are rumors that the movie will be screened in Dec 2013 or in early 2014.

Naach - Performing Arts:

Naach is the first dance based upcoming Pakistani movie. The movie is all about dancing and rivalries between two parties over some dance competition. The release date of the movie is not confirmed yet.

The Dusk - Drama:

The Dusk is an Urdu feature film about a newly married couple Ali & Fatima. Ali is mysteriously kidnapped on the 5th day of their marriage. Neither do the kidnappers demand ransom nor do they contact back. Now, the life of this couple is controlled by panic and fear. There is no confirmed news on the releasing date of the movie.

Walking Dead - Horror:

Walking Dead is the first ever Pakistani Zombies Horror Comedy movie directed by Usman Mukhtar.

Kanebaz - Drama:

Kanebaz is a story of a gambler who loves a girl. He gets a chance to play the biggest gamble of his life that he always dreamed of. The release date of the movie is not confirmed yet.
